How it Works

Our ISW candidates undertake a 24-month comprehensive professional development training program which includes Australian Healthcare, Disability Services and Community Services Standards, governance, clinical, communication, case management and leadership skills.

The training builds critical capabilities, whilst providing the opportunity to become familiar with working as a licensed social worker in an Australian disability or community services setting.

Our candidates are available to work full time, anywhere in Australia – remote, regional, rural and metro Australia. They achieve or exceed a good standard of spoken and written English levels.

Providing security and flexibility to your workforce, our ISW’s are willing to travel to your most skill-short and demanding environments. Key 2 Care Health Solutions provides ongoing support to our ISW’s and employers to ensure a quality experience.
