How it Works

All our IQN’s undertake our 24 month comprehensive professional development training program covering Australian Aged Care Quality Standards, governance, clinical and leadership skills. The training is designed to strengthen the IQNs knowledge and assist with the assimilation of working as an Australian registered nurse in an aged care or hospital setting.

Our IQN’s are available to work full time, anywhere in Australia – remote, regional, rural and metro Australia. All our IQN’s have good spoken and written English levels.

Providing security and flexibility to your workforce, our IQN’s are willing to undertake your more onerous, demanding shifts – night shift, weekends, etc. Key 2 Care Health Solutions provides ongoing support to our IQN’s and employers to ensure and sustain a quality experience.
